Get help or report a barrier
Email netterkuser01@gmail.com with the page address, the task you were trying to complete, and the problem you encountered. You may include your browser or assistive technology if helpful. We will work with you on an accessible way to complete the task. Do not include passwords or private customer information in your report.
Using the site
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter to activate links and buttons, and Space for checkboxes. Escape closes supported dialogs. The “Skip to main content” link is available at the start of each page. Forms identify their fields and display errors without clearing your work.
Third-party interfaces
Sign-in and external account connections may use interfaces from Clerk, Google, or ChatGPT. Tell us if one prevents you from using Find Trade Help so we can investigate and help with available alternatives.
